This project has been carried out on the Costa Brava during 2022 thanks to funding from the Government of Catalonia and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund of the European Union. The study has been coordinated by the SeaHealth research group of the Institute of Aquatic Ecology (IEA) of the University of Girona and the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA).
This project has the collaboration of GALP Costa Brava, Roses City Council; Roses Gastronomic Classroom, different chefs and gastronomy experts from the Costa Brava; in addition to the fishermen's guilds of Roses, Blanes and L'Escala; and several high school institutes.
